Want to delete junk stuff on my computer?

Answer :

1) Run  the virus scan and remove the virus if any  

2) delete the  "TEMP" folder in the C drive 

3) Control panel -> Add/ remove programs -> remove/unistall unused or least used programs 

these are basic ones. then check whether it is fine
